Enrolling in the Delaware River
Club’s one, two, or three-day
fly fishing schools is the quickest
way to hone your fly-fishing skills.
Perfected over the past 24 years,
these schools quickly lead
beginning
anglers to fly-fishing independence, shaving years off the learning curve, and advance
talented anglers to the
expert level.
Private lessons are also available for people looking for detailed tutoring on individual aspects of fly fishing.
During each course,
experienced fly fishing instructors teach
the fine points of fly casting and
entomology, among other fishing
tactics, on the club’s private water, while students challenge browns and rainbows on the best wild trout river in the East.
After a full day of learning,
students and staff enjoy the lodge’s
comfortable rooms, trade notes
during cocktail hour, and then enjoy
a gourmet dinner in the private
