Delaware River Report / Conditions June 11, 2017

The flows are still dropping slowly as the runoff and spill subside.  This should continue over the next few days with no precipitation in the forecast for the next couple of days.  The sun is shining and we’re looking at summertime type temperatures today and tomorrow but the Cannonsville release is 1,500 cfs which will keep the West Branch cool.  Streamer fishing has been decent with the best action during low light.  We are seeing some fish rise in the morning but most of the activity is late afternoon into dark.  Sulphurs, Green Drakes, Cahills, and Caddis are working well.
