Delaware River Report/ Conditions June 12, 2011

Rain, rain, and more rain! We had more rain last night, which has resulted in a quick rise in water flows and discoloration of the water. The levels are dropping just as quick as it rose and the river should clear up as the day goes on and be in shape for the evening fishing. The forecast for the next few days is more rain, heavy cloud cover, and cooler temperatures, which should bring the Main Stem and East Branch back to appropriate temperatures yielding good bug activity. Yesterday, there were reports of dorotheas, pseudos, cornutas, and occasional isonychias.
