Delaware River Report / Conditions June 7, 2015

The cool overnight air temps helped the system this morning and our water temps are starting of a degree or two lower than this time yesterday.  The sun is already shining and the fog is burning off quickly so if you want to fish the Mainstem hit it early.  Lordville water temps peaked over 70 degrees yesterday afternoon and we expect the same thing to happen today.  It is 65 degrees this morning on the Mainstem.  The West Branch at the 191 Bridge peaked around 66 degrees yesterday afternoon.
Yesterday was tough fishing in the sun.  Nymphing worked well during the day with a very light scattered hatch of sulphurs and stenos at dark.
