The Delaware River Club: Upper Delaware River Report 10/13/10

Blue skies and mild temperatures today with a high of 63 degrees.  Water conditions are looking good lately and the fishing activity seems to be picking up, but most of the action has been subsurface with the little insect activity as of late. Temperatures are looking good across the board, but water levels on the West Branch have dropped to where floating may not be an option on some sections.  Rains predicted for the next two days will likely raise water levels to where this will not be an issue for the weekend.  Although the surface activity has been spotty at best, caddis have been showing up in relatively decent numbers later in the evenings and have produced more and more action as the days progress.
