Delaware River Report / Conditions May 19, 2020

Today is going to be another beautiful day on the water.  The air temp will hit the high 60’s with some clouds rolling in during the afternoon.  Wind will be from the East 5 – 10 mph.  Yesterday was good.  We’re still seeing a mix of hendricksons and blue quills and lots of caddis.  The spinner fishing is picking up so definitely have # 14 and #16 rusty spinners handy.  Some march browns are showing up here and there so the hatches seem a bit jumbled but are progressing well.  The river flows are dropping slowly as the runoff subsides.  The release from Cannonsville is 1,112 cfs.
