Open for the Season!

Happy April Fool’s! We are officially open for the season here at the DRC, and mother nature has decided to play a little gag on us, dropping yet more snow here in Starlight. We only have a dusting for now, with a bit more to come. Give us a call if you are feeling that urge to get on the water – the weather might not cooperate, but we can still at least TALK fishing!

Here are your flows as of 5:45 AM:

West Branch at Stilesville: 1,330 CFS
West Branch at Hale Eddy: 1,710 CFS

East Branch at Fish’s Eddy: 1,560 CFS
East Branch at Harvard: 902 CFS

Main Stem at Lordville: 3,810 CFS

Insect / Fish Activity:

We are seeing little black stoneflies coming off in droves – with the low water temps the trout are a bit sluggish, but we are seeing some rises in Home Pool.
