This is certainly not the start of the season we imagined a couple of months ago. We are following the State’s order are are closed right now. Hopefully this all passes soon.
The rivers and reservoirs are in great shape this Spring. It may not feel like it but it’s still early. There are some stoneflies and olives around but not much happening that could be considered consistent dry fly action.
