Delaware River Report / Conditions April 10, 2020

Pat G needs to take out one of his 20 different reservoir boats this weekend and send us a local fish picture

It’s okay to fish locally.  It’s not okay to travel long distances to fish.  So stay local for now.

Let’s keep the local pictures going.  Since everyone should be fishing local to their homes send us pictures of your locally caught fish and we’ll put them here on the blog.  Even chubs would be cool.  Email them to flyfish@thedelawareriverclub.com

Snow sticking to the boats this morning but not the lawn so far

Flows are up and temps are down a bit throughout the system this morning.  The Beaverkill and upper EB flows are beginning to fall.  The flow on the West Branch is still climbing.  The release from Cannonsville has been in creased to 1,499 cfs.  Wunderground nailed the wind report yesterday and it was blowing 20 to 30 mph.  Today the are calling it “blustery with a chance of snow showers” which sounds like a cold wind.  We could see snow up to 1″.  We’ll be back on a warming trend tomorrow.
