The release from Cannonsville has been cut a bit more and the flow at Stilesville is 549 cfs this morning. The Pepacton releases has also been dropped. The flow at Harvard is 429 cfs. Wading and floating are now both possible throughout the system. Hendricksons, blue quills, and quill gordons are making up the bulk of the hatches. Apple caddis are definitely hatching on some river sections. Nymphing early has been the best bet until the hatches start in early afternoon. Today will be sunny with a high of 60 degrees. Wind will be 10 – 15 mph from the North. We’re seeing a warming trend this week so the water temps should climb pushing the hatches.
