The Beaverkill and Lower East Branch remain high this morning but are dropping back. The West Branch and Upper East Branch flows remain steady and low. We’re coming off a cool night so water temps dropped a couple of degrees. Today will be 66 dgrees and sunny so the rivers should continue to drop and the water temps will climb back up today. Wind will be 10 – 20 mph from the south. If Wunderground has the wind forecast correct find spots that give you some cover during the day. Supposedly they drop towards dark. The olives were a little spotty yesterday but there were enough hatching with some caddis to get some fish looking up. Nymphing seemed to be the better bet.
