We had some rain overnight and they are forecasting a bit more today. So far the rivers look good and the flows are a little lower than yesterday morning. The feeder creeks are rising a little so if anything major happens to the flows we’ll post an update. There were some mayflies and mayfly spinners around yesterday but the caddis are absolutely everywhere. Some were in the bushes, some were laying eggs, and some were hatching. Clouds of caddis. That can make for some tough fishing. If the fish are not feeding off the surface try swinging a caddis pupa just under the film. Wet flies can really shine in these situations.
