We’re cooling down again with the air temp only reaching 68 today and dropping to 45 overnight. That will definitely help the water temps on the Main, lower East, and Beaverkill. The West Branch and Upper East have been in great shape the whole Summer. Nymphing will be the best choice early. some river sections have seen some Heptagenia flushes in the afternoons. The olives and a few Isonychias have been coming in the evening when the sun drops – along with some cahills after dark.
