We will be closed this weekend for a wedding.
We have a good frost on the ground this morning but it’s going to be much warmer than the last few days. Wind may still be a problem so pick your spots accordingly. There are some trees and bushes holding on to their leaves that should offer some protection. Nymphing or hrowing streamers on the West Branch will be the best bets early. Olives and hebes are still hatching in the afternoon along with some Isonychias. The caddis should be active when the wind drops.
Cannonsville is turning over so the West Branch has that green tint we get most Falls. It doesn’t bother the fish or the bugs.
