We have some light rain falling this morning and it’s chilly enough there is ice on some of the steps. The higher elevations may even see a snow shower. The precip should end by 9 am with no meaningful accumulation. Today should be the first day in a while we haven’t had to contend with wind. The flows bumped slightly on the Eastern drainage but not enough to be noticeable. Water temps are within a degree of where they started off yesterday morning. Streamers were the ticket yesterday with some people nymphing. Today should fish similarly. There is always a chance of olives and stoneflies this time of year so watch the tailouts and slower seams in the afternoon.
Today will be cooler than yesterday with the air temp hitting 40 degrees. We have light rain falling and may even see some snow showers. Wind will be light and variable.
