Delaware River Report: June 16, 2025

The release from Cannonsville is 600 cfs. There is 189 cfs spilling. The spill is slowly coming to an end giving us decent water to float along with more wade opportunities. There’s a little rain in the forecast this week but nothing like we saw over the past month. The cloud cover is great. Streamers and nymphs have worked well early with the hatches coming later in the evening. There have been some caddis active earlier if you’re in the right spot at the right time. We’re also at the time of year and water levels when blind casting Isonychas and Cahills can work well.

Today will be 69 degrees with cloudy skies. Wind will be 5 – 10 mph from the South.
