Delaware River Report: June 21, 2025

The release from Cannonsville is 600 cfs. Today looks like a warm one with best chance of rain coming overnight. The river fished well with nymphs yesterday mid day and by afternoon most people were finding dry fly shots. Sulphurs, Cahills, and Isonychias were making up the bulk of the bugs but there were some olives and a few caddis mixed in. Today’s weather may push the bugs a bit later in the day. It’s going to be warm with no wind so have your spinners ready towards dark.

Today will be 85 degrees with a mix of clouds and sun. There is a slight chance of a rain shower. Wind will be light and variable.
