The release from Cannonsville is 607 cfs. We’re still in great shape for wading or floating. Conditions should be about the same as yesterday with less wind. We seem to be dealing with the same conditions everyday so we’ll just leave this: Nymphing or swinging wets will be the best bets during the day. If you’re looking for dry fly fishing early blind casting Isonychias or Cahills in riffles could pay off. In the afternoon we’ve been seeing good olive hatches along with hebes. We haven’t seen huge flying ant falls (likely due to the weather) but there are out there.
Today will be 76 degrees and sun and clouds mixed. Wind will be light and variable.

Sadly Ryan Geiges, a friend and former DRC guide, recently lost his battle with cancer. He will be missed by many – both off and on the water. There is a GoFundMe for Ryan’s family if you’d like to support them in this difficult time.
