Delaware River Report: April 6, 2026

Yesterday’s rain didn’t bump the flows much so we should see the rivers drop a bit over the next few days. We’re in for some cooler whether for a couple of days but no additional rain. Water temps are still cold so it’s mainly been streamers. Nymphing will pick up as the water drops. We have caught fish on dry flies on the less windy days. We seem to be progressing in to a “normal” Spring.

Today will be 43 degrees with clouds. We may see a few snow flurries. Wind will be 10 – 10 mph from the North.
