Delaware River Report: April 11, 2026

It’s going to be much cooler today. We’re keeping the same wind as yesterday but it will come from the North. We saw quite a number of stoneflies yesterday but the fish didn’t really get on them in the sun and wind. Today should be similar so it looks like another streamer day with some nymphing possibilities. Cannonsville may have stopped spilling and / or the release has been cut back. The flow at Stilesville is 1,390 cfs.

Today will be 51 degrees with .01″ of rain possible. Wind will be 10 – 15 mph from the North.

Early Black / Brown Stonefly – #14 – 16 – Strophoteryx fasciata, Bachytera sp.
