Delaware River Report: June 4, 2026

The release from Cannonsville is 500 cfs. Today will be exactly like yesterday. Sunshine, a little wind, and few clouds. Runnng larger dries or nymphing will be the best bets midday. The hatches will be best either early or later in the evening. There could be caddis in the riffles midday so keep an eye on the riffles just in case. It still a mix of bugs with March Browns, Gray Fox, Cahills, Green Drakes, olives, and Sulphurs hatching. There may still be some small #16 Hendrickson spinners in the coldest water sections.

Today will be 85 degrees and mostly sunny. Wind will be 5 – 10 mph from the North.
