Yesterday’s overcast skies proved to be a great BWO day on the West Branch. Although there were plenty of fishermen on the Upper West Branch yesterday, no one should have had too much trouble locating targets, as many fish were feeding on Sulphurs and BWO’s throughout much of the day on the surface. Water temps on the Upper West Branch never made it out of the low 50’s where as the Lower West Branch barely saw 60º during the warmest part of the day. Today we can expect similar conditions as we had yesterday with a bit more sun during mid day.
