The Cannonsville release continues to be around 1,000 cfs this morning. We’re looking at another nice Fall day today with air temperatures reaching the mid 60’s and virtually no wind in the forecast. We may have some rain moving in overnight with showers until Saturday morning. Keep an eye on the river gauges in case NYS DEP decides to cut the directed releases hoping the rain helps meet the downstream flow targets. When the sun is out the pseudos have been hatching a little later in the day leaving time in the morning for throwing streamers. If you want to nymph or swing wet flies try the East Branch or the Mainstem where the flows are lower.
