Upper Delaware River Report – June 2, 2010
Cool air temps and overcast skies kept the West Branch around 60º throughout the day yesterday. There were plenty of Pseudos on the water most of the day, other flies consisted of Dorotheas, Cornutas, Iso’s, Large Sulphurs, and Drakes. Today is going to be a hot and sunny day most of the day. Today the West Branch is starting off at 50º at Hale Eddy, the East Branch at Fishs Eddy is 66º this morning and the Main Stem is still a warm 70º.

Upper Delaware River Report – June 1, 2010
Cannonsville Reservoir is releasing 325 this morning. With this small increase in flow the river should take a little longer to warm up in the mornings. We got a light rain overnight last night but it will have very little effect on the river, however a more steady rain fell above the reservoir which may fill it up and hopefully will trigger even more of a release. Fishing should be extended this morning by the overcast skies and cooler temperatures. This evening and throughout the day should be much more productive also, as BWO’s should be on the water for much of the day.
