Delaware River Club: Upper Delaware River Report 8/8/10

Today looks like it is going to be sunny for much of the day with few clouds around. The releases from Cannonsville Reservoir have been great for over a week now and have provided the lower sections of the West Branch and the Upper Main Stem with good cold water that should be favorable for the trout fishing all the way down to the Buckingham river access. Flows are ideal for floating, but create some difficulty for the wade fishermen who should exercise caution when wading…Please keep in mind that these flows also limit a wader’s opportunities to fish certain areas.
