Delaware River Report: April 11, 2024

So far today the river flows are about where we started yesterday morning. So we’re in good shape for today. We’ll see some rain today with more coming overnight. The best and safest wade opportunities will be on the Beaverkill and Willowemoc. Floating is great on the East Branch, West Branch, and Mainstem. The wind may be an issue but so far it’s calm at 7 am so far. The clarity is fine in Home Pool this morning. Yesterday was a mix of Hendricksons, blue quills, and blue wing olives. Nymphing was best in the morning with the dries coming in the afternoon.

Today will be 60 degrees with rainfall totaling around .11″. Wind will be 10 – 20 mph from the South.

The feeder streams came through yesterday’s rain in decent shape
