Delaware River Report: April 29, 2026

The release from Cannonsville has been increased to 902 cfs and there is 265 cfs spilling. The wind was unkind yesterday but a lot of fish were still brought to the net. Hendricksons, blue quills, and olives are still on the menu. There’s a massive amount of caddis on some sections. Apple, little black, and dark Brachycentrus are all out in some numbers. Today’s weather will be similar to yesterday. Most of the rain should hold off until dark.

Today will be 60 degrees with clouds and off and on rain showers in the afternoon. Wind will be 10 – 15 mph from the South.
