It’s foggy on the river this morning but that should burn off as the air temp warms up. Both Cannonsville and Pepacton Reservoirs are spilling. If you’re fishing the tailwaters floating is your safest bet. The Beaverkill is dropping quickly so we should see some wade spots open there and on the Willowemoc. There is a little rain in Sunday’s forecast but next week looks pretty clear. Streamers will still be the go to today but keep an eye out for stoneflies in the long slow pools just in case.
Today will be 67 degrees and partly cloudy. Wind will be 10 – 15 mph from the South.

What’s Hatching:
Tiny Black Stonefly – #18 – Capniidae sp.
Early Black / Brown Stonefly – #14 – 16 – Strophoteryx fasciata, Bachytera sp.
Dark Blue Wing Olive – #16 – 18 – Baetis vagans
