Delaware River Report: April 4, 2026

Today looks very similar to yesterday with warm air, clouds, and wind. The river flows have dropped slightly throughout the system. Water temps are up a degree or two from yesterday morning. The freestones and smaller tributaries are the best bets for wading. That will change over the next week. We do have .33″ of rain in the forecast but next week still looks clear. Streamers are still producing the most fish in the higher flows. Play around with pattern, size, and retrieve.

Today will be 67 degrees and partly cloudy in the morning becoming overcast in the afternoon. Wind will be 10 – 15 mph from the South.
