We need some rain and it looks like we’ll get it today. Wunderground is showing the heaviest rainfall early with it switching to showers and light rainfall in the afternoon. If there are any major changes in conditions we’ll do a midday blog update. Watch the radar and click on the gauge links below for the latest flow data. The wind may be rough at times today so nymphing and streamers will likely be the best bets. The creeks may throw some color in the rivers which could make for some good streamer fishing. There have been fish rising to small olives, the larger olives, and stoneflies on the nicer afternoons. Water temps look good for early April.
Today will be cooler than yesterday with the air temp hitting 50 degrees. The rain should start around 7 am with the potential of .85″ falling. Wind will be 15 – 20 mph from the South.
