Delaware River Report: August 13, 2024

The river is recovering nicely from the rain over the weekend. There are a lot more wade opportunities opening up as the levels drop. Be careful on the banks as there is a some drift debris stacked up. There is still a slight stain to the water on the lower West but that should be cleared out soon. The sulphurs are starting to wane so bring your Isos, olives and caddis. Keep a few cahills handy and always have a spinner or two.

Today will be 77 degrees with a mix of sun and clouds. Winds 5 – 10 mph from the West.
