We had decent cloud cover yesterday and stayed dry. We mostly saw blue wing olives on the water but most of the fish were happy enough to eat an Iso or cahill. Blind casting Isos worked well. So the real story today is the weather. The latest we’re seeing for Hancock is come showers in the early afternoon totaling .18″. The heavier rain will come overnight and be somewhere between 1/2″ and 1″. So overall we’ll come through this in decent shape. Oquaga Creek is even father West so hopefully that gets even less rain. We are under flash flood warnings for the creeks so keep an eye on the water if the storm stalls over us.
