Delaware River Report / Conditions August 24, 2021

The West Branch flow has dropped quite a bit since yesterday morning and Hale Eddy is 872 cfs.  It looks clear out front this morning.  The other rivers are dropping but there is still a lot of water out there.  A few fish were landed  on streamers yesterday.  Today we’ve dropped and cleared enough that nymphs and dry flies will come back into play.  The weather looks clear for the next couple of days with mostly sunny skies.  We’re seeing a few sulphurs, Isonychias, and cahills.  There are good numbers of olives in all sizes.
