Delaware River Report: June 11, 2024

Today looks decent with cloud cover and no wind. We may see a brief storm in the afternoon but that seems unlikely. The weather may push the sulphurs and cahills earlier than we’ve been seeing. This also looks like a good day to blind cast Isonychias and cahills in the riffles. Olives should come in the evening but may be earlier if we do get a little rain. There are still some caddis around offering some daytime / evening shots. Nymphing and swinging wets worked during the day yesterday and should be better today with the cloud cover.

Today will be 66 degrees and cloudy. There is a slight chance of an afternoon thunderstorm. Wind will be light and variable.
