Delaware River Report: June 18, 2025

The release from Cannonsville is 801 cfs. It looks like the spill has ended on both reservoirs. The rain bumped some of the feeder streams slightly but not enough to be noticeable. Today looks like another good weather day with clouds and some light rain. The water temps dropped a few degrees throughout the system and the West Branch at Stilesville is back where it should be at 45 degrees. Cahills, sulphurs, and Isonychias are making up most of the bugs. Nymphing has been the best bet early but blind casting the riffles has paid off too. The hatches have still been later in the afternoon.

Today will be 79 degrees with cloudy skies and rain showers. Total rainfall during the day will be .07″. Wind will be 5 – 10 mph from the South.
