Delaware River Report: June 18, 2026

The release from Cannonsville is 500 cfs. A little light rain is falling this morning but it won’t be enough to affect the flows. We’ll have some sun and wind to deal with but the wind drops in the afternoon / evening. The sulphurs and Isonychias were decent yesterday afternoon but the fish didn’t get really happy until the sun dropped. Cahills, olives, and some tan caddis are around too. Nymphing or swinging wets have been the best bets during the day. Blind casting Isonychias or Cahills in the riffles would also be good bets.

Today will be 81 degrees with some light rain possible in the morning becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon. Wind will be 20 – 30 mph from the South.
