Delaware River Report: June 2, 2026

The release from Cannonsville is 500 cfs. It still a mix of bugs with March Browns, Gray Fox, Cahills, Green Drakes, olives, and Sulphurs hatching. There may still be some small #16 Hendricksons in the coldest water sections. We’re in for another sunny day so nymphing or blind casting big bugs in the riffles may be the best bet early. The wind has been dropping in the evening so it’s been decent weather for spinner falls.

Today will be 73 degrees and mostly sunny with some clouds in the afternoon. Wind will be 10 – 15 mph from the North.
