Delaware River Report: June 28, 2025

Cannonsville is spilling 65 cfs. The release from Cannonsville is 801 cfs. The rivers cooled down a bit and everything looks good this morning. The West Branch is at decent levels for floating and wading. We should keep the clouds all day. Nymphs and wet flies should be the best tickets early. Streamers have been good in low light and could be good if we get the afternoon thunderstorms. Cahills, Isonychias, and sulphurs have been around in varying numbers on different river sections. The hatches should push a little earlier on the coldest river sections.

Today will be 82 degrees with cloudy skies in the morning and possible isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon. Total rainfall should be .05″. Wind will be 10 – 15 mph from the South.
