The release from Cannonsville is 600 cfs and the spill has stopped. This should help keep the West Branch water temps in check. All of the river temps look okay this morning. The West Branch is still at decent levels for floating and wading. Today looks like a good fishing day with some clouds and little wind. Nymphing or swinging wets should be the best bets early. Blind casting Isonychias or cahills before the hatch could payoff too. We should see Cahills, Sulphurs, Isonychias, and some olives in the late afternoon / evening. Possibly earlier with the cold water on the upper river sections.
Today will be 80 degrees with partly cloudy skies. Wind will be 5 – 10 mph from the North.
