Delaware River Report: June 3, 2024

Wunderground is calling for some sunshine this morning with increasing clouds in the afternoon. We already have some cloud cover so hopefully that builds. We may see a light afternoon shower but the amount will be negligible. So nymphing or swinging wets should be good early. We’ll have no real wind so the caddis should be active. We still have a lot of different bugs out there. Sporadic Green Drakes during the day and the coffin flies in the evening or dark. There are still some March Browns, Gray Fox, Cahills, sulphurs, and Isonychias out there. And a mix of other spinners at dark.

Today will be 81 degrees with mostly sun this morning and increasing clouds in the afternoon. Wind will be light and variable.
