Both reservoirs are still spilling. The release from Cannonsville is 600 cfs. There is 900 cfs spilling. The rivers look good this morning and the tailwaters are at great levels for floating but not for wading yet. The Beaverkill and Willowemoc have wade opportunities and also look good. The hatches have been good with a mix of sulphurs, March Brown, Gray Fox, Cahills, olives, and tan caddis. Some river sections had massive hatches of Dark Blue Sedges (Psilotreta sp) last night. The kind that sounds like rain hitting your windshield. There shouldn’t be any wind today.
