Delaware River Report: May 12, 2024

Yesterday started off with a little more sun than originally forecasted but the clouds did move in by lunchtime. It fished a lot like the day before with tan caddis, apple caddis, some flushes of Hendricksons, and olives. There are definitely March Browns, Gray Fox, and some cahills on the water. Everyone had targets to work with. Today looks similar again with some rain this morning ending with cloudy skies this afternoon. Wind looks like yesterday’s too. We had some rain falling this morning but again the rivers came through in fine shape. The flows are actually down slightly from yesterday morning,

Today will be 54 degrees with some rain in the morning tapering off to clouds in the afternoon. Wind will be 5 – 10 from the South.
