Delaware River Report: May 30, 2025

The release from Cannonsville is 600 cfs. It looks like we have stopped spilling. We’re looking at another cloudy day with low wind. That should be good for the hatches hopefully pushing them a little earlier in the afternoon. We’re still seeing a great mix of bugs with March Browns, Gray Fox, Sulphurs, Cahills, olives, some Green Drakes, and caddis. It looks like the rain will hold off until dark. We’re seeing varying amounts forecasted so keep an eye on the radar and river gauges tomorrow.

Today will be 72 degrees with an early mix of clouds and sun turning overcast in the afternoon. There is a slight chance of a rain shower. Wind will be 5 – 10 mph from the West.
