Delaware River Report: October 12, 2025

The release from Cannonsville has been dropped back to 314 cfs. This additional drop was done in anticipation of the rain over the next few days meeting the Montague Flow Target. We shouldn’t see any rain today and the total predicted over the next few days has been decreased. The West Branch is still in great shape for wading and floating this morning. Nymph and streamers will probably be the best bets early. Cahills, hebes, Isonychias, olives, and caddis are all hatching in some numbers.

Today will be 64 degrees and partly cloudy in the morning turning overcast in the afternoon. Wind will be 5 – 10 mph from the North.
