Delaware River Report: September 10, 2025

The release from Cannonsville is 511 cfs. We’ll have a few more clouds than yesterday but we’ll still be dealing with sunshine. Nymphing or swinging wets will be the best bets during the day. If you’re looking for dry fly fishing early blind casting Isonychias or Cahills in riffles could pay off. In he afternoon we’ve been seeing good olive hatches along with hebes.

Today will be 75 degrees and partly cloudy. Wind will be light and variable.

Sadly Ryan Geiges, a friend and former DRC guide, recently lost his battle with cancer. He will be missed by many – both off and on the water. There is a GoFundMe for Ryan’s family if you’d like to support them in this difficult time.
