Today looks like a good day to be on the water with sun early and some clouds moving in during the afternoon. We shouldn’t see any rain until tomorrow. Hopefully the bugs push a little earlier in the day with the clouds. Olives, Isonychias, and some Heptagenia are making up the bulk of the hatches. There are some caddis on sections offering some earlier dry fly shots. We’re still seeing algae in the Upper West Branch so nymphing is better below Hale Eddy. The Upper East does not have any algae.

Today will be 71 degrees with sun in the morning and clouds moving in during the afternoon. Wind will be 5 – 10 mph from the South.
