The release from Cannonsville is 450 cfs. It did not rain last night and the West Branch flow has come down quite a bit. It’s 924 cfs at Hale Eddy so there are spots people can wade today. The clarity has improved quite a bit. Olives and flying ants should be back on the menu along with some hebes, Isonychias, and Cahills. We’ll see if the high flows flushed the algae out of the Upper West but it’s probably still safer to stick low if you want to nymph or throw streamers. The Beaverkill, Lower East, and Main are still high and off color. They’ll take a couple of days to get back to normal.
