Delaware River Report / Conditions May 10, 2020

We had some pretty good snow squall pass through yesterday afternoon.  Hopefully that’s the last snow we see until November.  The sun is already shining this morning and we should see the airs climb to the mid 50’s.  Some clouds will roll in during the afternoon so we’ll have a mix.  Wind will be from the West 10 – 15 mph.  Yesterday was a tough day on the water but a few people got out and found a couple fish.  The water flows are dropping slowly which will help the water temps.  The air temps look decent all week.  Hendricksons, blue quills, olives, and caddis will cover most of what you’ll see out there.

We are following the State’s order and are closed right now.  We are still fulfilling mail orders in the online store:  https://drc-fly-shop.myshopify.com

Curbside pickup is now a shipping option in the online store

Let’s keep the local pictures going.  Since everyone should be fishing local to their homes send us pictures of your locally caught fish and we’ll put them here on the blog.  Even chubs would be cool.  Email them to flyfish@thedelawareriverclub.com
