Delaware River Report / Conditions August 29, 2021

All of the river flows have dropped since yesterday morning.  The West Branch looks good this morning.  Hale Eddy is just over 800 cfs and is still dropping slowly so we’re at a decent level for floating and wading.  It is clear out front.  Today should look a lot like yesterday with the air temp hitting the mid 70’s, cloud cover, and wind 5 – 10 mph from the South.  Yesterday fished okay despite the off color water.  Streamers, nymphs, and dries all produced fish.  The dry fly fish were spotty but they were there.
