Delaware River Report: June 11, 2023

The release from Cannonsville was cut back slightly to 500 cfs. That is still a decent release and is fine for wading and floating. The sun came in and out yesterday afternoon but it wasn’t a bright glaring day. Some people reported sulphurs and cornutas in the afternoon offering some dry fly shots. Sulphurs, Light Cahills, March Browns, cornutas and Green Drakes are hatching. Dark Blue Sedges #14 are still around din some areas. The fish are picky but they are there and rising,

Today will hit 81 degrees with sunshine. We should see some clouds roll in during the afternoon. Wind will be 5 -10 mph from the South.
